She graduated valedictorian from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA, where she trained in Massage Therapy and Polarity Therapy. Polarity Therapy is a holistic energy healing practice that clears energetic blocks and restores balance, enabling clients to feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to their highest potential.

Christina is proficient in deep tissue massage, positional release, and holistic massage, integrating these approaches to relieve physical tension while also addressing energetic imbalances. Her healing path began in 2010 with studies in Peruvian Andean Mountain Shamanism, where she learned to work with breath, medicine stones, and prayer offerings to support deep transformation.

With a background in teaching and the arts, Christina has a gift for guiding people through new experiences with care and compassion, helping clients feel safe, supported, and renewed.
